HORUS meets the competent needs within the civilian and military spheres. The Holistic Risk & Uncertainty Reduction System (HORUS) aims to enable operators of civilian and military space systems to have Situational Awareness tools in the Space Environment and in the Space Combat Domain, allowing for safer space operations, maneuvers involving intentional or unintentional conjunctions, as well as monitoring space debris, and providing support services to mitigate the risk due to the density of space debris existing in the environment of relevant maneuvers. Through the HORUS System, the user can receive Tracking Data Messages (TDM) and Conjunction Data Messages (CDM) from the intentional or unintentional conjunction alert service, as well as other important space weather events, to enhance the safety of space operations in space access, the space environment, or reentry into Earth's atmosphere. The system provided by SAIPHER, called HORUS, consists of assets, components, and services dedicated to civilian and military space operators, comprising the following modules:
