HORUS reentry

HORUS REENTRY is a tool whose main objective is to provide information about the location and date when an object will reenter the Earth's atmosphere. It offers essential data to make decisions regarding preventive measures based on the risk posed by the identified object during its decay. The tool is initially intended for government organizations interested in defending their airspace or entities that require risk assessment tools for object reentry on Earth. It can predict, based on a specific time and area defined by the client, when and where an object that poses a risk to their airspace will reenter. The HORUS REENTRY features a main screen where the user can view a list of upcoming reentry events in the defined area, along with their details. The user can select a specific event to view more detailed information and see the reentry location and time on a map displayed on the screen. This preliminary prediction is based on Two-Line Elements (TLE) data and does not offer high precision. If the user requires greater precision, they can choose to track the object through HORUS TRACKING to obtain more accurate data. HORUS REENTRY is a product that provides reentry data to the user, delivered by SAIPHER, a Strategic Defense Company (SDC). Additionally, HORUS REENTRY is integrated with HORUS SPOT and HORUS TRACKING, making it easier and more convenient to track an object of interest for obtaining more accurate information. This integration allows the user to request object tracking with just one click and without relying on third-party software.

Earth from Space

Target Market

Government organizations interested in defending their airspace or entities that require tools for risk assessment in object reentry on Earth.

Features

The HORUS REENTRY system can be hosted in the cloud or physically within SAIPHER and receives data from various systems that can populate its database. It can be supplied with data from SAIPHER's own sensors or from partner entities and companies. The system utilizes Two-Line Elements (TLE) data to generate predictions of the time and location of reentry, which are then displayed to the user. If more precise information is required, the user can perform tracking using HORUS TRACKING.

The reentry data provided to the user includes:

• NORAD ID of the object;

• Message generation time;

• Estimated time of reentry;

• Uncertainty in the time of reentry;

• Latitude of the reentry prediction;

• Longitude of the reentry prediction;

Main Functions

HORUS REENTRY is integrated with HORUS SPOT and HORUS TRACKING, making it easier and more convenient to track objects of interest and obtain more accurate information. This integration allows users to request object tracking with just one click, without relying on third-party software.
