Saipher was at the second edition of Smart Cities Park, one of the leading innovation events aimed at the municipal public sector, held in Nova Petrópolis/RS. The event was attended by the Commercial Director, Luiz Henrique Tanaka, and the Director of Innovations and Business, Brigadier José Vagner Vital, as well as the following Saipher consultants: Brigadier Ary Rodrigues Bertolino, Lieutenant Brigadier Jeferson Domingues Freitas and Carlos Augusto Maul.
Among the visitors who passed by the Saipher stand, we received the Mayor of Santarém/PA, Francisco Nélio Aguiar da Silva, the Minister of the Federal Court of Auditors (TCU), João Augusto Ribeiro Nardes, the Vice-President of the National Confederation of Municipalities (CNM), Mario Ribas do Nascimento, the Director of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), Rogério Benevides Carvalho, and other authorities.
How was the event
In the panel "Smart Cities Tourism: Markets and Trends," Director Vital shared insights on Integrated Airport Operations, addressing efficiency and simplicity. The Director also discussed this topic in a Podcast held during Smart Cities Park. At Saipher's stand, products such as Saipher Billing (financial viability), Airport Hub (integrated airport operations), R-AFIS, AFIS and EMS (reduction of operational costs for remote operations) were presented, in addition to the Minimum Airport concept, whose The objective is to promote accessibility for municipalities of all sizes.
Smart Cities Park 2023 brought together municipal managers from Brazil, especially mayors and secretaries of Administration, Development, Tourism, Agriculture and Finance. The proposal was to bring together leaders and experts from the public and private sectors and technology companies to discuss and explore trends and innovations related to Smart Cities and digital governments. Focusing on smart and sustainable cities, the event aimed to promote the strategic use of technology, especially artificial intelligence, to improve citizens' quality of life and boost socioeconomic development.
