Saipher at FIDAE 2024!

Saipher is in Santiago, Chile, participating in the International Air and Space Fair - FIDAE 2024, the leading aerospace, defense and security exhibition in Latin America. The event represents a significant opportunity for the company to demonstrate its commitment to innovation and excellence in the aerospace sector.


Among the authorities who have already visited our stand are the Air Force Commander, Air Lieutenant General Marcelo Kanitz Damasceno; the Chief of Joint Operations of the Ministry of Defense, Air Lieutenant-Brigadier Walcyr Josué de Castilho Araujo; the Chief of the Defense Affairs Division, Herbert Drummond; the Minister of State for Defense of Brazil, José Mucio Monteiro Filho; the Director of ANAC, Ricardo Catanant; and the Vice President of ICEYE for Latin America, Ana Paula Cordeiro.


The Director of Business and Innovation, Brigadier José Vagner Vital, and Col. Ricardo Brito, Sales Consultant, were the company's representatives at the fair. The Director analyzes the importance of being present at this unique event. "As leaders in air traffic control technology and solutions, we are excited to share our latest achievements, especially in space, and developments in ATC, with an international audience. FIDAE is a globally recognized forum where companies and professionals can meet, connect, collaborate and explore the latest trends in aviation and space. Saipher is presenting its solutions related to Air Traffic Control during FIDAE, including the Tatic TWR, a system based on electronic strips available in 100% of Control Towers in Brazil, in addition to Paraguay and the USA, and the Tatica A-CDM, a collaborative concept aimed at increasing predictability and efficiency in airport operations, implemented in an unprecedented way in Brazil at São Paulo International Airport. Products developed for the space sector will also be highlighted.


The Horus Suite, Holistic Risk & Uncertainty Reduction System, is on display with its Cosmos, Spot, Reentry and Tracking systems. The purpose of Horus is to offer operators of civil and military space systems Situational Awareness tools in the Space Environment and the Space Combat Domain, thus allowing safer space operations maneuvers involving intentional or unintentional conjunctions, in addition to monitoring space debris, in addition to to provide support services to mitigate the risk due to the density of space debris existing in the environment of the maneuvers of interest.
