Saipher ATC has just achieved the recertification of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard (a standard that guides companies in process management, continuous improvement, and with a focus on customer satisfaction). The company underwent verification in early September and, after an audit carried out by the Carlos Alberto Vanzolini Foundation, received the recommendation of the certifying body to maintain the quality seal.
For Tatiana Cerqueira, responsible for the Quality Management area at Saipher ATC, the established processes contributed to this achievement as well as the understanding of the importance of the quality management system by the employees, the management team, and the support from our Directors. "The organizational culture we have at Saipher makes a difference. The auditor identified the system that we use in the company's daily routine, transparency, information organization, and the methodology applied as Saipher's strengths", she highlights.
Tatiana explains that the recertification will be valid until September 2023. "In 2021 and 2022, we will also undergo an external audit to maintain the certification. Internal checks are carried out annually, usually in the middle of the year, before external analyzes", he explains.
The Strategic Management, Software Development, Systems Implementation, Customer Service, Commercial Activities, Acquisition, and Quality Management processes passed the inspection.
